Booking Terms & Conditions

While our payment & cancellation policy will depend on tour-to-tour (as some of our tour are executed by our trsvel psrtners & operators across the globe, below is our generic "Deposit Payment" details:

  • A deposit of 25% of the total amount is required to confirm a safari. This can be sent to our bank account via wire transfer or by credit card through our online booking platform 
  • Balance of 50% is to be settled once we have made all the hotel bookings and send you confirmation
  • Balance 25% is to be paid 7 days before the tour starts

Notes:

  • Credit card payments attract an extra fee of 4%
  • All payments to ‘BookMeSafari’, either wire transfer or @ Trippyigloo payment platform are to be made in USD

Cancellation policy

  • 10% cancellation charges when cancelled 90 days before the tour date
  • 25% cancellation charges when cancelled 60 days before the tour date
  • 50% cancellation charges when cancelled 30 days before the tour date
  • 100% cancellation charges when cancelled 7 days before the tour date
